Personally Identifiable Information:

Sprint Data Solutions LLC collects Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from users when they voluntarily provide it through various interactions with our digital properties. Sprint Data Solutions LLC reserves the right to disclose PII, including Sensitive Information, without prior consent in the following circumstances: (i) if we believe that the Site or Promotions are being misused or accessed in violation of our Terms and Conditions or applicable Promotion Rules; (ii) if we are legally compelled to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or other lawful requests, provided that, where allowed, we will notify the individual before disclosure to allow for legal challenge; or (iii) if Sprint Data Solutions LLC, or Coupon Alarms, is acquired, merged, or sold in whole or part, in which case users will be notified of any material changes in data handling policies.
